AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 5.01, OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL ZONING ORDINANCE (ORDINANCE NO. 885) TO CHANGE TRACT
8-21C IN THE SWw NEL OF SECTION 7, T28N, R21W, M.P.M., CITY OF KALISPELL
FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-4) TO NEIGHBORHOOD PROFESSIONAL
BUSINESS (B-2), AND TO DECLARE AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
SECTION 1. Section 5.01 , Official Zoning Map of the City of Kalispell
Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 8851 is hereby amended by changing
the zoning designation of Tract 8-21 C in the SW4 NEI, of Section 7,
T28N, R21W, M.P.M., Kalispell Montana from Single Family Residential
(R-4) to Neighborhood Professional Business (B-2).
SECTION II. The balance of Section 5.01 Official Zoning Map, of the
City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance not amended hereby shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION Ill. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from
and after the date of its final passage and approval by the Mayor.
