ORDINANCE NO. 10f 2-A
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17-54(q), KALISPELL_ CITY CODE, TO
PROHIBIT VEHICLE PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE OF MAIN STREET FROM EAST
OREGON STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FEET' VORTH OF
CURB LINE OF EAST OREGON.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 17-54(q) is hereby amended to read as follows:
q) On Main Street as follows:
1) On the West Side between Ninth and Tenth Street,
at any time.
2) On the East Side, from its intersection with East
Oregon for a distance of One Hundred Sixty feet North of
the curb line of East Oregon, at any time.
SECTION 11. All other portions of Section 17-54, Kalispell City Code
shall remain unchanged.
SECTION Ili. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
from the date of its final passage and approval by the Mayor.
