AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17-54, KALISPELL CITY CODE, TO PROHIBIT
VEHICLE PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OREGON STREET FROM MAIN STREET
FOR A DISTANCE OF FIFTY FEET EAST OF THE CURB LINE OF MAIN STREET,
AND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF OREGON STREET FROM MAIN STREET TO FIRST
ALLEY EAST BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, as
follows:
SECTION I. Section 17-54 is hereby amended by addition thereto the
following:
aa) On Oregon Street as follows:
1) On the North side of Oregon Street from its inter-
section with Main Street for a distance of fifty feet East of
curb line of Main Street, at any time.
2) On the South side of Oregon Street from its inter-
section with Main Street to First Alley East between the
hours of 7 : 00 A.M.. and. 6 : 00 P.M.
SECTION II. All other portions of Section 17-54, Kalispell City Code
shall remain unchanged.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
from the date of its final passage; and approval by the Mayor.

BY THE MAYOR THIS 5TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1985.
