AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 5.01, OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL ZONING ORDINANCE (ORDINANCE NO. 885) TO CHANGE LOT 1
AND LOT 2, RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 1 OF THE HALL'S ADDITION NO. 82,
SUBDIVISION NO. 98, CITY OF KALISPELL FROM NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS,
(B-1) TO GENERAL BUSINESS, (B-3), AND TO DECLARE AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
SECTION 1. Section 5.01 Official Zoning Map of the City of Kalispell
Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance N0. 885) is hereby amended by changing
the zoning designation of Lot 1 and Lot 2, Resubdivision of the Hall's
Addition No. 82, Subdivision No. 98, City of Kalispell from Neighborhood
Business, (B-3 )
SECTION li. The balance of SECTION 5.01 Official Zoning Map, of the
City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance not amended hereby shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from
and after the date of its final passage and approval by the Mayor.
