AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY OF KALISPELL' S ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE
NO. 885, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 971, BY DELETING THEREFROM
SECTION 6.14 OF SAID ZONING ORDINANCE AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
SECTION I. The City of Kalispell's Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 885, as amended by Ordinance No. 971, is hereby amended
by deleting and striking therefrom, in its entirety Section
6.14, Kalispell Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION. II. The balance of the City of Kalispell's Zoning
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 885, as amended by Ordinance No.
971, not amended hereby shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its final passage by the
Council and approval by the Mayor.
