PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Nothing new. Beehive Homes work should be done by end
of March. Nygren would like Ezell to send out a letter to them as a reminder.
OLD BUSINESS:
Owl View Ph 2 Building 2 - 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building – Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition – Public Works is still waiting on waiver of SID. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Northwestern Energy – 890 N Meridian; shop addition to existing building – Public Works is still
waiting on waiver of SID to be recorded. This will be on the agenda next week.
World Gym Addition – 555 E Swift Creek Way; addition to existing gym – Nothing new. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Junegrass Place- 1079 N Meridian; multi-family development (138 units and community building) –
Zoning and Public Works have sent out comments. Building department is just starting the review on
Buildings A and G. Landscaping needs some changes to meet the buffer requirements. Recreational
amenity plans are still being worked on. This will be on the agenda next week.
Keller Williams- 162 Timberwolf Pkwy; new office building – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda
next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Black Kaiju Ph 2- 313 2nd Ave W- Podcast office and residential unit – Departments still need to review.
This will be on the agenda next week.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS Jackola Office Parking Lot- 2260 Hwy 93 S; expanded parking lot
for existing office – boundary line adjustment to be made by Jackola, setbacks will be figured from
easement lines not the road, no parking allowed in the clear vision triangle. The approach is currently too
close to the intersection.
