Ordinance 1051 - Amends Ord 1048 - Salaries394. ORDINANCE NO. 1051 AN ORDINANCE, PURSUANT TO TITLE 7, CHAPTER 4, PART 2, MCA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1048 (SALARY ORDINANCE) BY ADDING THERETO THE SALARY AND COMPENSATION OF THE CITY CLERK -TREASURER APPOINTED BY THE MAYOR AND APPROVED BY THE COUNCIL ON THE 7TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1985. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1048, Section 1, Exhibit "A", Part 11 is hereby amended so that the salary and compensation for the City Clerk -Treasurer appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council on the 7th day of January, 1985 is established to be the sum of $25,000.00. Appropriations shall be made to pay same when due. SECTION Il. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect as regularly provided for by law; all salaries and compensation provided for herein shall be paid retroactive to January 14, 1984. SECTION Ill.
