AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 5.01, OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL ZONING ORDINANCE (ORDINANCE NO. 885, APPENDIX B, KALISPELL
CITY CODE); TO CHANGE LOT 12, BLOCK 235, KALISPELL ADDITION NO. 6
FROM RESIDENTIAL, R-4, TO NEIGHBORHOOD PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS, B-2,
AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
SECTION 1. Section 5.01 , Official Zoning Map of the City of Kalispell
Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 885, Appendix B, Kalispell City Code)
is hereby amended by changing the zoning designation of Lot 12, Block
235, Kalispell Addition No. 6 from Residential, R-4, to Neighborhood
Professional Business, B-2.
SECTION 11. The balance of Section 5.01 Official Zoning Map, of the
City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance not amended hereby shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from
and after the date of its final passage by the Council and approval by
the Mayoor.
FINALLY PASSED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and approved
