ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17-54, THE KALISPELL CITY CODE TO PROHIBIT
VEHICLE PARKING WITHIN SIXTY (60) FEET OF THE CROSSWALK ON THE EAST
SIDE OF THIRD AVENUE EAST AT THE INTERSECTION OF THIRD AVENUE EAST
AND THIRD STREET EAST; AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
SECTION I. Section 17-54(t) of the Kalispell City Code is hereby amended
so that it reads as follows:
(t) On Third Avenue East:
1) , On the West Side between First Street East and
Third Street East, at anytime
21 On the East Side, within sixty (60) feet of the .
crosswalk, at the Intersection of Third Avenue East and
Third Street East
SECTION II. All other portions of Section 17-54, Kalispell City Code,
shall remain unchanged.
SECTION 111. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its final passage by the City Council and approval
by the Mayor. -
