ORDINANCE NO. 1040
AN ORDINANCE TO. AMEND SECTION 17-54, KALISPELL CITY CODE, TO PROHIBIT
VEHICLE PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CENTER STREET FROM FIFTH AVENUE
WEST TO FIFTH ALLEY WEST.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION -I.
Section 17-54 (a) of the Kalispell City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(a)
On
Center Street as follows:
(1)
On
the north side between Main Street and First Avenue
East
at
any time, providing, however, that the provisions
of this sub -section shall not apply to private passenger cars.
(2)
On
the south side between Main Street and Fourth
Avenue
East at any time.
(3)
On
the north side between Main Street and Fifth Avenue
West
at
any time.
(4)
On
the south side between Main Street and Third Alley
West
at
any time.
(5) On the north side from Fifth Avenue West to Fifth
Alley West at any time.
SECTION II. All other portions of Section 17-54, Kalispell City Code
shall remain unchanged.
SECTION 111. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days from the date
of its final passage and approval by the Mayor.
