AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 3.04, TABLE 3--1, PERMITTED AND CON-
DITIONAL USES, APPENDIX S, KALISPELL CITY CODE, (ORDINANCE NO. 885);
TO ALLOW "COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE" AS CON-
DITIONAL USES IN ZONING DISTRICTS SUBURBAN AGRICULTURE (SAG-1), RES-
IDENTIAL (R-1), RESIDENTIAL (R-2), RESIDENTIAL (R-3), RESIDENTIAL
- (R-4), RESIDENTIAL (R-5), RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT (RA-1), RESIDENTIAL
APARTMENT (RA-2), RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT (RA-3) AND PLANNED UNIT DE-
VELOPMENT (P.U.D.) AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Section 3.04, 'fable 31?-'1, Permitted and Conditional
Uses, Appendix B, Kalispell City Code, (Ordinance No. 885) is
hereby amended to include as conditional uses "Colleges and
Universities, Public and Private" in Zoning Districts Suburban
Agriculture (SAG-1) , Residential (R--1) , Residential (R-2) , Resi-
dential (R-3), Residential (R-4), Residential (R-5), Residential
' Apartment (RA-1), Residential Apartment (RA-2), Residential
Apartment (RA-3) and Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.).
SECTION II: The balance of Section 3.04, Table 3-1,Permitted
and Conditional Uses, Appendix B, Kalispell City Code, (Ordi-
nance No. 885); not amended hereby shall remain in full force
and effect.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days
from and after the date of its final passage by the Council and
approval by the Mayor.
FINALLY PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 6th DAY OF December
1982.
