Subject: EXTERNAL Evictions and remodel of the Outlaw Annex
It has been brought to our attention on January 12, 2022 that all residents living in the Outlaw Annex must vacate the
premises by February 12, 2022.
I, along with my daughter have lived at the Outlaw Annex since 2019. We are fairly new to Kalispell and we do not know
many people. We are both disabled. I am a 65 year old woman with many illnesses including Congestive Heart Failure,
Hypertension, CVAs and I use a walker and a cane. I am currently receiving Home Health Care Services from Logan
Health. My daughter and I are disabled and we are on Social Security Disability. It would be most detrimental to our
physical health as well as our mental health to be evicted from the Outlaw in the middle of Winter. We literally have
nowhere else to go. We, along with many other residents will be homeless. This eviction would be a death sentence for
many of us.
I am kindly asking you to reconsider this matter. PLEASE. Have a heart. This is our "home".
If this property is sold, then at least let us live here until after Winter is over. That would be the humane thing to do.
Thank you so very much for taking time to read my email. Please, PLEASE reconsider. Do not put us all out on the street
with nowhere to go.

Ms. Michaela Corbin
