AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2.01,
APPENDIX B, KALISPELL CITY CODE, (ORDI-
NANCE NO. 885); TO INCLUDE THEREIN A
DEFINITION OF "SMALL ANIMAL CLINICS",
AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 2.01, Appendix B,
Kalispell City Code, (Ordinance No.
885); is hereby amended by inserting the
following definition:
Small Animal Clinic. A building or
premises for the medical or surgical
treatment of small animals or pets,
including dog, cat and veterinary.
hospitals, not to include livestock
or other large animals, including the
boarding of hospitalized animals,
but excluding the boarding of animals
not subjected to medical or surgical
treatment.
SECTION II. The balance of Section 2.01,
Appendix B, Kalispell City Code, (Ordi-
nance No. 885), not amended hereby shall
remain in full force and affect.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be ef-
fective thirty (30) days from and after the
date of its final passage by the Council
and approval by the Mayor.
FINALLY PASSED by the City Council
of the City of Kalispell, MONTANA, and
approved by the MAYOR this 15th day of
November , 1982.
