1. Welcome
• Members present: Everit Sliter, Mary Pat Murphy, Diane Medler, Mark Schickendantz, Teri
Iwerson, Beth Collier, Cate Webber, Chris Vick, Katharine King, Jessica Treweek, Brit Clark
(Museum Director), Natalie Robinson (Conrad family member) and Sydney Pitcher.
2. Approval of Minutes-
• Minutes approved.
3. Treasurer's Report
• Everit reviewed the financial statements.
4. Director's Report
• Brit passed around new fliers printed for "Early Bird" brick sales. Order forms will be online,
but if anyone has questions, they can call and talk to Brit. Proceeds from the bricks will go
towards bathroom construction.
5. Marketing Committee Brick project report
• See information shared in Director's Report.
6. Election of Board officers
• There was a call for nominations from the floor. No new nominations.
• The candidates are:
President- Mary Pat Murphy
Vice President- Diane Medler
Treasurer- Everit Sliter
Secretary- Carrie Nelson
• Chris Vick moved to adopt this slate of candidates. Jessica seconded. All in favor.
7. Approval of bonuses for staff
• Bonus amounts have been reviewed with the Finance Committee and Brit recommended
higher bonus amounts for Cindy, Robert and Joni ($500). Chris Vick moved to accept. All in
favor.
8. Other Business -
There will be a holiday gathering after the meeting. Special Thanks to Chris Vick for
sponsoring the food and to Beth, Teri and Cate for organizing.
