ORDINANCE NO. 1011
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.06 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 862, KALISPELL CITY CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Section 2.06 of Ordinance
No. 862 of the Kalispell City Code shall be amended
to read as follows:
2.06 Deposit of Collections. All collections
of the storm sewer charge shall be deposited in
the Sewerage System Fund of the City of Kalispell
and credited to the several accounts therein in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
859 of the City of Kalispell adopted June 21, 1976.
SECTION II. All ordinances and sections of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. The remainder of Ordinance No.
862 remains in full force and effect as originally
adopted.
