ORDINANCE NO. 1010
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND'SECTION 17-54, KALISPELL CITY CODE, TO
PROHIBIT VEHICLE PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF FOURTH STREET
BETWEEN SECOND AND THIRD AVENUES WEST.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 17-54(p) of the Kalispell City Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
(p) On Fourth Street as follows:
(1) On the South Side of Fourth Street East
between Second Avenue East and Woodland
Avenue, at any time.
(2) On the South Side of Fourth Street West
between Second and Third Avenues West,
at any time.
Section II. All other portions of Section 17--54, Kalispell
City Code, shall remain unchanged.
Section III. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days from
the date of its final approval by the Council and the Mayor.
