ORDINANCE NO. 1006
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.06 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 862, KALISPELL CITY CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION, I. That Section 2.06 of Ordinance
No. 862 of the Kalispell City Code shall be amended
to read as follows:
2.06 Deposit_ of Collections. All collections
of the storm sewer chargeshall be deposited in
the Sewerage System Fund of the City of Kalispell.
The City.Finance Director shall deposit so much
of said fund as is necessary into a Revenue
Bond Account, to be used to make payments of
Principal and Interest on the Storm Sewer
Revenue. Bonds. The balance of the fund may
be used for maintenance, repair, improvement
or replacement of said Storm Sewer System,
as necessary.
SECTION II. All ordinances and sections of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. The remainder of Ordinance No.
862 remains in full force and effect as originally
adopted.
