ORDINANCE NO. 1005
AN.ORDINANC;E AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 994, KALISPELL CITY
CODE, TO CHANGE THE SALARIES -FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT PROGRAM DIRECTOR, REDEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, AND
SECRETARY EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1982; REPEALING ALL OTHER
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That paragraph 3 of Exhibit "A" to Section I
of Ordinance No: 994 be amended to reed as follows:
III. Other Employees (Not Officers or Supervisors)
Clerk -Secretary, City Judge $10,700.00 per annum
Secretary, City Attorney 10,700.00 per annum
Program Director, Community
Development Dept. 15,000.00 per annum
Redevelopment Coordinator,.
Community Development Dept. 15,000.00 per annum
Secretary, Community
Development Dept. 766.00 per mon-Lh
SECTION II. All ordinances and sections of ordinances
in.conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. The remainder of Ordinance No. 994 remains
in full force in effect as original document.
