AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE -NO. 934 AND THE ZONING NAP OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL TO CHANGE CERTAIN PROPERTY ZONING FROM "RESIDEN-
TIAL APARTMENT RA-l" TO "GENERAL BUSINESS B--3",• TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELLr MON-
TANA:
SECTION I. The City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance and ordin-
ance No. 934 is hereby amended to provide that certain property,
presently included within a "Residential Apartment RA-l" District,
shall hereafter be included within a "General Business B-3" Dis-
trict. Said property is more particularly described as follows:
The East 150 feet of Tract 8E together with the
} North 50 feet and the East 150 feet of Tract 8J
in NE4 NW4, Sec. 20, T21N R21W P.M.M. according
to records on file and recorded in -the office
of the Flathead County Clerk and Recorder, Mon-
tana.
SECTION II. The Zoning Map of the City of Kalispell shall
forthwith be amended to reflect such change in the zoning district
applicable to said property.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30)
days from and after final passage of same by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.

MONTANA, AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 8th DAY OF Sept. ,
