AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CITY OF KALISPELL ZONING ORDINANCE
TO ALLOW A "SECOND-HAND STORE" AS A PERMITTED USE IN GEN-
ERAL BUSINESS (B-3) AND COMMUNITY PURPOSE (B-4) ZONES; TO
PROVIDE FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALIS--
PELL, MONTANA:.
SECTION I. The City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance
(Ordinance No. 885 as amended) is hereby amended to in-
clude in Table 3-1 of Section #3.04 entitled "Table of
Permitted and Conditional Uses" in the columnar list of
"District Classifications" an "X" in the "B-3" and "B-4"
columns for the use of "Second-hand Stores, as defined in
Chapter 211.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect thirty [30).days from and after its final pass-
age and approval by the Mayor.
