ORDINANCE NO. 984
'AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CITY OF KALISPELL ZONING ORDINANCE
TO ALLOW "AUTOMOBILE RENTAL AGENCY OFFICE", "TRAVEL AGENCY"
AND "REAL.ESTATE SALES OFFICE" AS PERMITTED USES IN GENERAL
BUSINESS (B-3), COMMUNITY BUSINESS (B-4), CENTRAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT (B-5), AND RESORT BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-6); TO PRO-
VIDE FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA
SECTION I. The City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance
(Ordinance No. 885, as amended) is hereby amended to.include
in Table 3--1 of Section #3.04, in the "List of Uses" column,
in their proper alphabetical order, the uses of "Automobile
Rental Agency Office", "Travel Agency", and "Real Estate
Sales Office"; and, in the columnar list of "District Classi-
fications" of said Table 3-1, insert an "x" in General Busi-
ness (B-3), Community Business (B-4), Central Business Dis-
trict (B-5), and Resort Business District (B-6) zones for
each said use.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect thirty (30) days from and after its final passage and
approval by the Mayor.
FINALLY PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALIS-
PELL, MONTANA, AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS �J DAY OF
