ORDINANCE NO. 983
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 891 TO AMEND THE ZON-
ING MAP OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL TO CHANGE ALL LOTS WITHIN
SOUTH MEADOWS ADDITION NO. 89 FROM "RESIDENTIAL (MOBILE
HOME) R-4 MH" TO A "RESIDENTIAL (MOBILE HOME) R-5 MH" ZONE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALIS-
PELL, MONTANA:
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 891 altering the city boun-
dary to include South Meadows Addition No. 89 is hereby
amended to provide that paragraph #4 thereof shall here-
after read:
"4) All of said realty so annexed to
the city shall be a Residential
(Mobile Home) R-5 MH zone under
the City of Kalispell Zoning Or-
dinance as adopted November 30,
1977."
SECTION II. The Zoning Map of the City of Kalispell
shall be forthwith amended to reflect the foregoing change
of zoning for all of said South Meadows Addition No. 89.
SECTION III. All other portions of Ordinance No. 891
shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION IV. This ordinance shall be effective thirty
(30) days from and after final passage of same by the City
Council and approval by the Mayor.

ISPELL, MONTANA, AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 20TH DAY
OF JULY, 1981.
