AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #961 TO AMEND ZONING MAP
TO CHANGE CERTAIN PROPERTY ZONING FROM "RESIDENTIAL APART-
MENT, D-4" TO "CENTRAL BUSINESS, C-3": To PROVIDE EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALIS-
PELL, MONTANAe
SECTION I. Section #7.21 of Ordinance #961 is here-
by amended to change the Zoning Map as set forth therein
to reflect the following described property, presently
zoned as Residential Apartment, D-4, to hereafter be desig-
nated and zoned as Central. Business, C--3:
Lot 1 and the North 10 feet of Lot 2,
Block 52, Kalispell Original, Kalis-
pell, Montana, according to the map
or plat thereof on file in the office
of the Clerk and Recorder of Flathead
County, Montana.
SECTION II. All other provisions of Ordinance #961,
or amendments duly made thereto, shall remain in full force
and effect.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall be effective thirty
(30) days from and after final passage of same by the City
Council and approval by the Mayor.
