ORDINANCE NO. 978
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #961 TO
TO CHANGE CERTAIN PROPERTY ZONING FROM
LM" TO "INDUSTRIAL -COMMERCIAL CLM": TO
DATE.
AMEND ZONING MAP
"LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
PROVIDE EFFECTIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALIS-
PELL, MONTANA:
SECTION I. Section #7.21 of Ordinance #961 is here-
by amended to change the Zoning Map as set forth therein
to reflect the following described property, presently
zoned as Light Industrial LM, to hereafter be designated
and zoned as Industrial -Commercial CLM:
That property of the Burlington Nor-
thern abutting Main Street for 220
feet, more or less, and extending
250 feet east of Main Street, between
the Railroad main line and the South
boundary of Block 25.
SECTION II. All.other provisions of Ordinance #961,
or amendments duly made thereto, shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall be effective
thirty (30) days from and after final passage of same by
the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
