ORDINANCE NO. 975
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #961 TO AMEND ZONING MAP
TO CHANGE FROM "RESORT BUSINESS DISTRICT B-6" TO "GENERAL
BUSINESS DISTRICT B-3": TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALIS-
PELL, MONTANA:
- SECTION..I. -Section 47.21-of Ordinance #961 is here-
by amended to change the Zoning Map as set forth therein
to reflect the following described property, presently
zoned as Resort Business District B-6, to hereafter be
designated and zoned as a General Business District B-3:
That property particularly described on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby
made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION II. All other provisions of Ordinance #961,
or amendments duly made thereto, shall remain in full
force and effect.
.SECTION III. This ordinance shall be effective thirty
(30) days from and after final passage of same by the City
Council and approval by the Mayor.
