ORDINANCE NO. 972
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #961 TO AMEND ZONING MAP TO CHANGE
PORTION OF LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (."LM") DISTRICT TO CENTRAL BUSINESS
("C-3") DISTRICT: TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION I. Lection #7.21 of Ordinance #961 is hereby amended
to change the Zoning Map as set forth therein to reflect the follow-
ing described-property,,.presently zoned as a Light Industrial ("IN")
District, to hereafter be designated and zoned as a Central Business
("C-3") District:
That area bounded on the West by the west boun-
dary of Main Street (U. S. Highway *93) on the
North by the South boundary of the Burlington
Northern Right of Way, on the East by east boun-
dary of First Avenue East and on the South by
the North boundary of Center Street.
SECTION II. All other provisions of Ordinance #961, or amend-
ments duly made thereto, shall remain in full force and effect.
. SECTION III. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days
from .and after final passage of same by the City Council and approval
by the Mayor.
