ORDINANCE NO. 969
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION #17--24, KALISPELL CITY CODE, (ORDIN-
ANCE NO. 952) TO LIMIT PENALTY IN ACCORD WITH STATE LAWS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section #17-24(3), Kalispell City Code, (Ordinance #952,
Section I(3)) .is hereby amended to read:
"(3) Penalty. Any person convicted of reckless
or careless driving may be punished as provided
by Section 1-9, Kalispell City Code, subject,
however, to limitations and conditions of such
a penalty as required by Sections #61-5-715 and
#61-8-716, MCA.
SECTION II. All other portions of said Ordinance #952 shall remain
in full force and effect.
FINALLY PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 16TH DAY OF FEBRUARY ,1981,.
