RESOLUTION NO. 3962
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION WITH THE
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FOR A
GRANT UNDER THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (33 U.S.C. 466 ET
SEQ.).
WHEREAS, under the terms of the Water Pollution Control Act
(33 U.S.C. 466 et seq.), the United States of America has
authorized the making of grants to authorized applications to aid
in the -construction of specific public projects.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL:
SECTION 11. That Bruce Williams, City Manager, is
hereby authorized to execute and file an application on
behalf of the City of Kalispell with the United States
Government for a grant to aid in the construction of
expansion and modification to the Kalispell wastewater
treatment facility and he is hereby authorized and
directed to furnish such information as the
Environmental Protection Agency may reasonably request
in connection with such application and to sign all
necessary documents and receive payment.
SECTION 11. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED
BY THE MAYOR THIS 5th DAY OF November 1990.

the resolution authorizing the filing of application with the
Environmental Protection Agency, as regularly adopted at a
legally convened meeting of the City Council of the City of
Kalispell held on the 5th day Of November-, 1990; and,
further, that such resolution has been fully recorded in the
journal of proceedings and records in my office.
