A RESOLUTION APPROVING AKENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE D.A.R.E. FUND — TO PROPERLY
ACCOUNT FOR EXPENDITURES 14ADE FROM DONATIONS BY INDIVIDUALS TO THE PROGRAM.
Whereas, the City of Kalispell in the fiscal year 1990 has received revenue
in the form of donations in the amount of $2,564 to -be used for supplies and
T—shirts for the D.A.R.E.,prograifi amending the following line items:
2915 413 420140 210 $1,649 office supplies
2915 413 420140 229 915 other supplies

WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Kalispell. pursuant to Sectiott
7-6-4231, M.C.A.. on the 4th day of June, 1990 passed Resolution No. 3935, and
pursuant to said Resolution the City Council did set a Public Hearing to be held
at 7:30 P.M. On the 18th day of June. 1990. at the Council Chambers. City Hall.
Kalispell. Montana. and directed the City Clerk —Treasurer to publish 'Notice of
said Public Hearing in accordance with said section and.
WHEREAS, The City Council pursuant to said Notice did hold a Public Hearing
at said time and place and provided an opportunity for taxpayers and residents
of the City of Kalispell to be heard for or a6ainst amending the budget for rhe
D.A.R.E. Fund, and
WHEREAS. the City at the conclusion of the hearing determined that it was
appropriate to approve the budget amend-nient of $2.564.00.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the actual revenue received through donations to the
D.A.F.E. Fund program is $2.564.00; to be spent for supplies.
SECTIO11 II. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage by the City Council and approval by tl.t-- Mayor.
SECTION III. That this Resolution shall be entered upon the. minutes of the
Council weeting held this date and as such shall evidence compliance with
Section 7-6-4231. M.C.A.
