A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NORWEST BANK KALISPELL, N.A. AS THE DEPOSITOR
OP THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND AUTHORIZING ROGER W. HOPKINS, AMY H.
ROBERTSON, AND CAROL JOHNS TO EXECUTE CHBCKS, DRAPTS OR OTHER ORDrPs
WITHDRAWING FUNDS FROM CITY ACCOUNTS WITH SAID BANK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I - See Exhibit "A", attached hereto and thereby
made a part hereof.
SECTION 11. This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon passage by the City Council and approval by
the Mayor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED BY
