A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDING THE
BUDGET FOR THE 1ST ALLEY WEST FUND TO PROPERLY ACCOUNT FOR FUNDS
AVAILABLE IN THE FUND WHICH CAN BE EXPENDED IN THE FISCAL 1990
BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell in fiscal year 1990 appropriated
$96,405.00 to cover the cost of construction and lights of the 1st
Alley West Project; and
WHEREAS, the actual expenditures incurred during the construction
project amounted to the sum of $102,255.00; and
WHEREAS, the sum of $5,850.00 is available in the Tax Increment
Fund for expenditures that were not budgeted.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the actual

SECTION II. That the Ist Alley West Fund budget may be
legally amended to authorize the expenditure of $5,850.00
from the Tax Increment Fund.
SECTION III. That a Public Hearing shall be held by the
City Council at 7:30 P.M. on the 20th day of November,
1989, at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Kalispell, Montana.
SECTION IV. That at said hearing any taxpayer or resident
of Kalispell may appear and be heard regarding the proposed
budget amendment.
SECTION V. That at a meeting held at least seven (7) days
subsequent to said hearing the Council may, by majority
vote, amend the lst Alley West Fund to properly account for
expenditures made.
SECTION VI. The City Clerk -Treasurer is hereby authorized
and directed to publish notice of the above set public
hearing by publishing a copy of the Resolution together
with a Notice of Public Hearing in the Daily Inter Lake,
said publication to appear one time at least six (6) days
prior to the hearing on the budget amendment.
