A RESOLUTION TO ALTER THE BOUMWIES OF THE Cilly SPECIAL LIGHTING DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or KALISPELT AS MLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the authority granted to the City Council by
Section 7-12-4335, MCA, the boundaries of the City Special Lighting District
are hereby altered to include therein all areas within the City of Kalispell
as of January 1, 1989 and in which street lights have been installed and the
nklintenance and operation of which has been undertaken by and is being
performed by the City directly or under a ciontract therefore with any other
public utility. I
