A RE-qOLUrIO.N To ALTER THE BOUMARIES OF SPECIAL NAINrENANCE DISTRICT #1
BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITy OF KALISPELL AS FOLU)WS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the authority granted to the City Council by
Section 7-12-4403, MCA, the boundaries Of SPecial Maintenance District No.
1" are hereby altered to include therein all areas within the City of
Kalispell as of januaxy 1, 1989 and in which vaintenance, as defined in
Ordinance No. 1035, is being Perfonned by the City directly or
contract therefore. under a
