RESOLUTION NO. 3 8 9 9
A RESOLUTION To ALTER THE BOUMARIES OF SPECIAL MAINTENANCE DISTRICT #1
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Pursuant to the authority granted to the City Council by
Section 7-12-4403, MCA, the boundaries of Special Maintenance District No.
1" are hereby altered to include therein all areas within the City of
Kalispell as of January 1, 1989 and in which maintenance, as defined in
Ordinance No. 1035, is being perf'onned by the City directly or under a contract therefore.
