A RESOLUTION LEVYING ASSESSMIM FOR THE COST OF STM SEWM MAINrENANCE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1989-90.
WHEREAS, that the assessment cost of the Storm Sewer Maintenance
District for the fiscal year 1989-90 is estimated to be $204,138.00.
VkMPZAS, at a public hearing held on the 7th day of August 1989, the
City Council did consider all objections mide to said estimate and to the
basis of -levy and assesmmt for payment for said cost.
NOW, THMMRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT`Y ODUqCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONrANK:
SECTION I.. That a tax be levied for the assesEanent cost, or
$204,138.00, be in the amounts set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assesstnent lists on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
S TION 11. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an
area basis in an amount per square foot of lot or parcel of land within the
district except public streets or rights of way;

SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper copy of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as P=wided by law.
