A RESOLUTION LEVYING AN ASSEssmw FOR THE COST OF SpECIM MINrENANCE FOR
THE RMPOSE OF MAIMAIMM THE SIREETS AND AVENUES OF THE Cny OF KMjSpn T
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1989-90.
WHEREAS, that the assessment cost of the Special Maintenance District #1
for the fiscal year 1989-90 is estfinated to be $174,590.00.
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 7th day of August 1989, the
City Cm=il did consider all objections wade to said estirrate and to the
basis of levy and assessment for payment for said cost.
NOW, TMMRE, BE IT RE19MVED BY THE CITY COMM OF TW CITY OF
KALISPELL, MDMIANA:
S17 SECTION I. That a tax be levied for the assessment cost, or
4,590.00, be in the am=ts set opposite the descriptian of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment lists on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SBCT70N Il. 7he ammmt of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an
area basis in the ammt of $.00275 per square foot of lot or parcel of land
within the.district except public streets or rights of way.
S=ON III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper copy of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
