A RESOLUTION LEVyING AN ASSESSmENr JUR THE COST OF LIGHTING THE STREETS
IN THE CITV DOWNICM DBODRATIM' LIGHTING DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1989-90.
WHEREAS, that the assessment cost of the Daemtcwn Decorative Lighting
District for the fiscal year 1989-90 is estimated to be $4,096.00.
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 7th day of August 1989, the
City cbL=il did consider all objections made to said estimate and to the
basis of levy and assessment for payment for said cost.
NOW, nOREmRE, BE IT RESOLVED By THE CM MUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPM-1 , MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That a tax be levied for the, assessamt cost, or
$4,096.00, be in the am=ts.set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment lists on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECTION II. The amount of said tax shall be levied prcporticnately m a
front foot basis in the aniount of $1.83 per frQnt foot of lot or parcel of
land within the district except public streets or rights of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will fortbwith furnish a proper copy of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
