A RESOLUTION LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR THE COST OF LIGHTING THE STREETS
AND ALLEYS IN THE CITY SPECIAL LIGBTING DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1989-90.
WHEREAS, that the assessment cost of the Special Lighting District for
the fiscal year 1989-90 is estimated to be $60,000.00,
WMPMS, at a public hearing held on the 7th day of August 1989, the
City Cottncil did consider all cbjections made to said estimate and to the
basis of levy and assessment for payment for said cost.

KALISPELL, NONTANAze
SECTICN I. 7bat a tax be levied for the assessment cost, or
$60,000.00, be in the anxmts set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment lists on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
--T-TON II. The aurAmt of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an
area basis in the amount of $.00142 per square foot of lot or pa:rcel of land
with -in the district except public streets or rights of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper copy of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
