SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES COETAIN A MEMBER OF THE APPROPRIATE CITY COUNCIL
COMMITTEE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOINS:
SECTION I. That in instances where the City of Kalispell interviews
and selects -candidates for non -bargain unit supervisory positions, a Ci;

person sbo occupies a position on. an appiliviate comadttee of Late
City Council shall be assigned to sit on the selection committee that
interviews and selects the successful candidate.
SECTION 11. That this Revolution shall take effect immediately upo
its passage by the City Council and arpioval by the MAyor. 01-1
