A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A BUDGET FOR A CAPITAL PROJECT FUND TO BE USED
TO FINANCE THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS AND CURBS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION
I. That
there is hereby created a Capital Project
Fund to
known as
finance
the 1989
the construction of sidewalks and curbs
Sidewalk & Curb Fund.
SECTION
II. The
Capital Project Fund budget and sources
of revenue are as
follows:

Revenue: Classifed as "Charge for Services"

Expenditures: Classified as "Construction in Progress"

SECTION III. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
on passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
