Resolution 3837 - Authorize Transfer of Funds - Comm Dev to UDAGRESOLUTION NO. 3837
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY -CLERK TREASURER TO TRANSFER FUNDS
FROM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT #2880 FUND TO UDAG #2886 FUND.
WHEREAS, the City has in its Community Development Fund a balance
of $7,490.41, and
WHEREAS, said Fund is inactive, and
WHEREAS, the 'City is authorized and required to transfer funds
from one fund to another fund only by resolution or ordinance, and
WHEREAS, an appropriate fund to transfer said Fund to is the
2886 UDAG Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell as follows:
That the City Clerk -Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to transfer the amount of $7,490.41 from the
Community Development Fund to the UDAG Fund.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 3rd
DAY OF April 1989.
