Dear Mayor Johnson and city council --
I would like to encourage the mayor and the council to appoint a member of the city council to the health board. Other
options may exist, but choosing a duly elected official is the most transparent and ethical way to make sure the voice of
the voters is heard and represented. For example, Jessica Dahlman, who recently won the election, would make an
exemplary member of the board with her background in nursing.
Please allow the voice of the voters to be represented on the health board, and appoint a current duly elected member
of the city council.
