A RESCLLITIaq TO ALTER THE BCUNDAKES OF THE CITY SPECIAL LIGHTING DISTRICT
BE IT F!ES(LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Pursuant to the authority granted to the City Council by
Section 7-12-4335, MCA, the boundaries of the City Special Lighting District
are hereby altered to include therein all areas within the City of Kalispell
as of January 1, 1988 and in which street lights have been installed and the
vaintenance and cperation of which has been undertaken hy and is being
perfon-ned by the City directly or under a ccntract therefore with any other
public utility.
