A RESOLUTION TO ALTER THE BoumMF.S OF SPECIAL PAINITMCE DISTRICr #1.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I . Pursuant to the authority granted to the City Council by
Section 7-12-4403, MCA, the boundaries of S�Pecial Maintenance District No.
1., are hereby altered to include therein all areas within the City of
Kalispell as of January 1, 1988 and in which maintenance, as defined in
Ordinance No.,1035, is being performed by the City directly or under a
contract therefore.
