A RESOLUTION TO ALTER THE BOLTmMFS OF SPECIAL PAINITMCE DISTRICT #1.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Pursuant to the authority granted to the City Council by
Section 7--12-4403, MCA, the boundaries of Special Maintenance District No.
1., are hereby altered to include therein all areas within the City of
Kalispell as of January 1, 1988 and in which maintenance, as defined in
Ordinance No..1035, is being performed by the City directly or under a
contract therefore.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED By THE
MAYOR THIS 8TH DAY OF AUGUST 1988.
