A RESOLUTIGN LEWING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE CC)ST OF STORm SEwER MAIM-TIMCE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1988-89.
WHEREAS, that the assessrent cost of the Storm Sewer Maintenance
District for the fiscal year 1988-89 is estimated to be $185,660.00.
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 3rd day of August 1988, the
City Council did consider all objections made to said estin-ete and to the
basis of levy and assessment for payment for said cost.
NOW, TUEREFORE, 13E IT RESCLVED BY TIJE CIW CUJNCIL OF THE CITy OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECFICN I. That a tax be levied for the assessment cost, or
$185,660.00, be in the amounts set cpposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as sham by the special assessment lists on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 11. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an
area basis in an amount per square foot of lot or parcel of land within the
district except public streets or rights of way;

SECTION 111. The City Clerk will forthwith fumish a proper copy of this
resoluticn to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
