A RESMUTION LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR THE COST OF, SPECIAL MAINTENANCE FOR
THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING THE STREETS AND AVENUES OF THE CITY OF' KALISPELL
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1988-89.
WHEMAB, that the assessment cost of the SPecia-1 Maintenance District 41
for the fiscal year 1988-89 is estimated to be $161,131.00.
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 3rd day of August 1988, the
City Council did consider all cbjections rvade to said estimate and to the
basis of levy and assessment for payment for said cost.
NOWO TFMREFORE, BE IT RESMVED BY THE CITY CCUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, 1AWDANA:
SECTION 1. That a tax be levied for the assessment cost, or
$161,131.00, be in the amounts set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment 2-ists on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECHON II. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an
area basis in the ancunt of $.00275 per square foot of lot or parcel. of land
within the district except public streets or rights of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a prcper copy of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
