A RESOLUTION LEWING AN ASSESSME1\1T FOR THE COST OF LIGHTING THE STREETS
AND ALLEYS IN THE C17Y SPECUAL LIGHTING DISMUCT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1988-89.
WHEREAS, that the assessment cost of the Special Lighting District for
the fiscal year 1988-89 is estimated to be $63,168.00.
V&=M, at a public hearing held on the 3xd day of August 1988, the.
City Council did consider all cbjections made to said estimate and to the
basis of levy and assessment for payment for said cost. I
NOW, THFIZEFOIRF, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OMCM OF TjjE CITY OF
KALI SPELT , MONTANA:
SEC11ION I. That a tax be levied for- the assessment cost, or
$63,168.00, be in the aniounts set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment lists on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECIPION 11. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an
area basis in the atTiount of $.00142 per square foot of lot or parcel of land
within the district except public streets or rights of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a prcper copy of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED BY THE
MAYOR THIS 61TH DAY OF' AUGUST 1988.
