A RESOLUrION AUrHORIZING THE CITy CLERK-TRpASURER To TRANSFER MMS F?M VARIOUS
BID FUNDS TO THE SID REVOLVING FUND.
WHEREAS, the city has cash balances in several SID funds,.and
WHEREAS, said Funds are inactive, and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized and required to transfer funds from onE fund to
another fund only by resolution or ordinance, and
WHEREAS, an apprcpriate fund to transfer said Funds to is the SID RL-volving Fund.
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell as
follows:
That the City Clerk -Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the
f0llOwing aMOUntS to the SID Revolving Fund-.
