A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF KALISPELL
TO BE KNOWN AS AIRPORT ROAD PROPERTY ANNEXATION NO. 213 , TO ZONE
SAID PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE KALISPELL CITY COUNTY MASTER
PLAN, TO FIX A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE
CITY CLERK -TREASURER TO RECEIVE EXPRESSIONS OF APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL
IN WRITING THERETO AND TO PROVIDE FOA THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF
THIS RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, in the judgment of the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, it is in the best interest of the City of Kalispell
thereof, that the contiguous platted tracts encompassed in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and for purposes of this Resolution made a part
hereof, commonly known as Airport Road Property, be annexed to the
City of Kalispell, so that the boundaries of the City of Kalispell
would be extended so as to include the same within the corporate
limits of the City of Kalispell, to zone said property in accordance
with the Kalispell City/County Master Plan, and
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell desires to annex the property to
the City Limits under the provisions of Title 7, Chapter 2, Part 43,
M.C.A. (Annexation of Contiguous Land).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That it is the intention of the City of Kalispell
that certain territory comprising the "Airport Road Property
Annexation No. 213 " be embraced within the corporate limits
of the City of Kalispell and the boundaries of said City be
extended so as to include the same. Said territory is more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
SECTION II. That it is further the intention of the City of
Kalispell that property described in Exhibit "A" be zoned in
accordance with the Kalispell City/County Master Plan upon
annexation.
SECTION III. The City Clerk -Treasurer shall forthwith prepare
and publish in the Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper published
at Kalispell,. Montana, proper notice of this Resolution of
Intention at least once a week for two successive weeks next
preceding the regularly scheduled Council meeting at which
said Annexation will be considered.
SECTION IV. For a period of twenty days after the first
publication of said notice by the City Clerk -Treasurer, said
City Clerk -Treasurer will receive expressions in writing of
approval or disapproval of the proposed extensions of the
boundaries of said City of Kalispell from freeholders of
territory proposed to be embraced therein.
SECTION V. At the regularly scheduled meeting of the City
Council of the City of Kalispell next succeeding the expiration
of said twenty days, the City Clerk -Treasurer shall lay
before the City Council all communications in writing so
received by him for the City Council's consideration.

A tract of land situate, lying and being in the East Half of the NEy of the NE4,
Section 19, T28N, R21W, M.P.M., Flathead County, Montana, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the NE corner of said Section 19:
Thence S 2 min. West, along the easterly boundary line of said Section
19, a distance of 441.8 feet to a point;
Thence N 89058' W, 30 feet to the Westerly boundary line of said County
road and the true point of beginning of the tract of land being described;
Thence continuing N 89158' W, a distance of 280 feet;
Thence S 2 minutes W, a distance of 205 feet;
Thence N 891158' West, a distance of 150 feet;
Thence S 2 minutes West, a distance of 145 feet;
Thence S 89°58' E, a distance of 430 feet to the Westerly boundary line
of said County road;
Thence N 2 minutes E, and along the Westerly boundary of said County
Road, a distance of 350 feet; more or less, to the true point of beginning
and containing approximately 2.75 acres, more or less.

Thence N 89058' W., 310. 0 feet ' to. -the true point of beginning of the
tract of land being described;
Thence N 89058' W., 150.0 feet to a point;
Thence S 0102' W., 145.0 feet to a point;
Thence S 891158' E., 150.0 feet to a point;
Thence N 0002' E., 145.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing
0.50 acres of land, more or less.
