Section 20, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County,

This zoning lot determination recognizes the exterior boundaries of the combined lots as
a single tract of land for application of the area, dimensional, setback, and other applicable
requirements of the zoning ordinance. The transfer of any lot or any modification of the interior
lot lines pursuant to a boundary line adjustment, amended plat or other instrument, other than the
elimination of the interior lot lines, shall void this zoning lot determination.
Layne Massie, the owner of record of said lots, hereby acknowledge and agree that said
lots shall be bound as set forth above.
