A hypothetical defense in a public figure defamation case.
What precedent contributed to the public figure defamation decision that plaintiffs must prove defendants
made their comments with reckless disregard for the truth!? We are in a courtroom where all in
attendance are bound by oath to tell the truth!
Have you or have you not focused your attention on my person & done malicious things to my person
within the Holy Spirit? Merriam Webster's Vocabulary Word Builder by Mary Wood Cornog describes a
tort as A.) A civic wrong both physical & mental & telepathy as B.) Apparent communication between one
mind & the next, while scientists haven't been able to prove the existence of telepathy 40% of Americans
believe in it's existence!
What context can a polygraph be introduced to the courtroom? Would a polygraph prove for the plaintiff
reckless disregard for the truth? Is this the scientific process of proving the existence of telepathy? How
would humanity change if we defined & acknowledged telepathy as a variable of sociological interaction?
I conjecture that lying on the polygraph is scientifically impossible after swearing an oath in the bible. The
nature of the relationship between God, spirituality, humanity, & truth.
Our democracy does not trust the individual with the right to judge. Only appointed officials of the sternest
gravitas who have undergone judiciary trials have the right to judge.
